The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources is working to support the growth of the industrial GDP baseline until 2035, which will raise the competitiveness of the industrial sector in regional and global markets, in parallel with achieving the objectives of the National Industrial Strategy, by studying the competitiveness of the cost structure elements of existing industrial facilities and studying the various variables at the level of policies that affect the industrial sector through the Industrial sector competitiveness.

1. Submit an application for the program

The facility is presented on the program via the Senaei platform

2. Evaluate fit and find solutions

The program team processes the application and determines the appropriate solutions and the solutions are shared for the applicant to choose from.

3. Beneficiary Agreement

Additional information may be requested from the qualifier and upon completion of all requirements an agreement will be signed with the program.

Nominate the highest-rated factories in the Kingdom according to the SIRI methodology to be among the best locally and globally.

4. Factory Classification and Success Documentation

Classify the factory as an advanced factory after passing the second level and publish the classification and success story on the program's website.

Required documents

Documents Required for Program Application

Summary of Energy Consumption Invoices

Attach invoices for energy consumption products (electricity, liquid fuel, natural gas) for the years 2023 and 2024.

Financial Statements

Independent and audited financial statements reflecting the advanced factory, for at least one year from 2022 or 2023.

Company Credit Report

A report that includes the credit transactions of companies with funding entities.
